Relax at home with 3 simple yoga poses

How many of you mommas or busy chicas, read the title of this blog "Relax at home..." and laughed out loud. Relax at home... when? when i'm in the bathroom and finally left alone? or perhaps in the car as I sit in the garage taking a few breaths before I enter chaos? Well, yes... all of the above!

This world has taken an unexpected turn. Life at that, has taken an unexpected turn. Stress and fear is trying to consume us, which is why it is more important than ever to take a few minutes to breath, meditate, and try to relax. I know for me, I've been trying to take this isolation (at home) time to tackle things I've been meaning to do. It is definitely putting things into perspective. One very important thing I'm attempting to do, is take care of me. I'm waking up at my normal time to meditate, pray, read, and or write a bit. Whatever that short period of time may allow before my little guy awakes. I take a few minutes to just get myself ready mentally for the day. I get out of my PJ's, slap my hair up in a messy bun, apply my lip gloss and do my thing. Y'all... it's the simple things sometimes that can breath life back into me. Perhaps that's what we all may need right now. To just go back to the basics of life.

So, go into your bathroom, closet, wherever your escape place may be and take a few minutes for you to do these simple yoga poses. I am no yoga expert, however, these are my most favorite and easiest yoga moves which I like to practice from home. Time is priceless. So make sure to use this short break to be present, to take deep breaths and just Simply B.
